As soon we receive your order, we start processing it for despatch. Please contact us here and we will try our best to stop or amend your order, however, it may not always be possible. The other option is to wait for your order to arrive and then request a return.
Please let us know within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return an item. You have 28 days from the delivery date to return the item. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund within 2-3 days to your original payment method. If you received a faulty or damaged item, we will cover the cost of return postage. For Republic of Ireland, Germany, France and Netherlands we have local pricing in place which includes any applicable import taxes and we take care of it at our end. Delivery charges are added at the check out. For delivery charges please find the details here.

We currently do not offer gift wrapping service. However, we are keen to offer this service in future and we are working on it. Watch the space.

We hold a deep love for the environment, which is why we've embraced the delightful world of eco-friendly packaging for our last-mile delivery. To avoid waste, we reuse old newspapers and repurpose packaging received from our suppliers. We encourage our suppliers to join us on our eco-conscious journey by opting for environmentally friendly packaging whenever feasible. Admittedly, it can be quite a challenge at times, especially in remote areas where eco-friendly options are scarce or when safeguarding goods during international shipping becomes a priority. Nevertheless, should you stumble upon newspapers within your package, we encourage you to indulge in some happy reading!
