Refund policy
Your satisfaction is everything to us. Although we aim to get it the right first time, on occasions we may fall short. For your peace of mind, we offer 28 days of returns. Please notify us here or by writing to us at contactus@anav.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and return the item/items within 28 days of receipt.
If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please obtain proof of postage when returning an item.
Products returned must be in a resalable condition which means they should be unused, in their original packaging with any labels attached. We will cover the return postage cost if items are faulty or if we have sent the wrong item to you, however, if you are returning for other reasons, you will be responsible for the cost of returning products. Also in the latter case, if you chose a chargeable delivery service at the time of ordering, the cost of this will be deducted from your refund amount.
We will issue a refund to your original payment method on receipt of the return.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
As described in the product details, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns below sale items:
- Products sold under the collection 'Samples'
- Products sold under the collection 'Perfectly Imperfects'
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please note when you are returning an item that was received by you in good condition, and as per your order, we will refund the total order value less any charge for initial delivery and return postage.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please get in touch with us at contactus@anav.co.uk.
